In many cases we can handle the outreach to your current pharmacy so you do not have to coordinate every step yourself.
We explain if any prescriptions need a new doctor authorization, insurance review, or extra time before they can be filled.
Once transferred, your prescriptions can be coordinated with services like Free Delivery, RexPaks, and Medication Sync.
Transfer process
Share your current pharmacy information and the medications you want moved so our team can start the transfer process.
In most cases we can handle the transfer request for you and confirm which refills are still available.
If anything needs extra time, a new prescription, or insurance clarification, we let you know before fill day.
Once transferred, you can keep prescriptions at Rex Pharmacy and combine them with other services like sync or delivery.
Have your medication names, birth date, and current pharmacy ready if possible.
Some prescriptions may require a new order from your prescriber depending on state and insurance rules.
Controlled medications and expired prescriptions can take additional review.
