In most cases we can handle the transfer request for you and confirm which refills are still available.

We review timing and next steps

If anything needs extra time, a new prescription, or insurance clarification, we let you know before fill day.

You pick up locally or arrange delivery

Once transferred, you can keep prescriptions at Rex Pharmacy and combine them with other services like sync or delivery.

Helpful before you reach out

Have your medication names, birth date, and current pharmacy ready if possible.

Some prescriptions may require a new order from your prescriber depending on state and insurance rules.

Controlled medications and expired prescriptions can take additional review.

If you want fewer refill dates, ask about pairing your transfer with Medication Sync.
